Lorraine Marie Photography is looking for families to appear in an upcoming limited-edition fine art book “From Generation to Generation: A Photographic Celebration of Families in Seattle”. Focusing on the special relationships that exist between the generations, Lorraine Marie will capture your family interactions through the most enjoyable, fun, relaxed and meaningful photographic portrait session you’ve ever experienced.
Lorraine Marie has teamed up with Starlight to launch this exciting book project. A $100 tax-deductible donation made payable to Starlight is required for inclusion in this book, but no other purchase is necessary to participate. 100% of your $100 donation goes directly to Starlight – dollars that will have an immediate impact on the lives of families in our community.
Every family and every child photographed will have the choice to be represented in the book, which will be available for purchase at the end of the year. Photographic sessions, studio and processing time are donated by Lorraine Marie Photography.

Realtors® Rick Miner and Marie Abbruzza have partnered with Starlight Children’s Foundation of Washington! Each time a Starlight member or friend of a member buys or sells a home with Rick Miner or Marie Abbruzza, they and Coldwell Banker Bain will donate 10% of the agent’s commission to Starlight.
This is part of Coldwell Banker Bain’s Community Partnership program, which allows agents to partner with organizations that promote the welfare of communities. Since the program was founded, Coldwell Banker Bain agents have donated more than $1.36 million to organizations in the Puget Sound area.

A: When the sale closes a check will be cut in Starlight’s name and presented by the agent.
- Q: Is the commission increased to cover the donation?
A: No! The commission is not increased.

A: Yes! We always pride ourselves in the quality and extent of our service regardless of the amount of the commission.
- Q: What is the donation if I want to sell my home and then buy a home?
